Description

A low-FODMAP diet is commonly used against bloating. It involves limiting the intake of products rich in fermentable sugars.

Using this diet, you will limit the intake of highly processed foods, gluten-containing grains, lactose, sugar, and bloating vegetables.

However, you should keep in mind that it should not be used for more than 6 weeks. After this period, you should start to gradually test individual products. This way, you will assess which ones cause symptoms, and the others will permanently return to your menu.
